Health Insurance
Dvorak believes that employees and their family’s health is of utmost importance.
A comprehensive health plan is available at a minimal cost to individual employees. Family plans are offered at an affordable rate. In addition, Dvorak offers a portion of the upfront deductible for each plan via a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). Voluntary Dental and Vision benefits are available to employees.
All employees are provided short-term disability benefits, and a life insurance policy. Additional life insurance and disability policies are available to employees as well.
401(k) & Retirement Planning
Dvorak provides a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan to help employees accumulate financial resources for retirement.
Employee 401(k) contributions are matched up to 4% of an employee’s salary when the employee contributes 5%.

Electrical apprentices are reimbursed for up to 110% of their tuition based on final grades.
